Quality and Composition

RED-1000 features a Brix level of 67-68 at 20°C and a total acidity of 1.0-2.1% tartaric acid by weight. With a pH ranging from 2.8 to 3.8 and a color intensity between 1000-1100 (measured at 520 nm), the product boasts outstanding quality. Additionally, its turbidity is kept under 100 NTU at 16º Brix, and it contains less than 10 mg/kg of total sulfur dioxide, adhering to strict quality control standards.

Microbial Safety and Purity

To ensure safety and purity, RED-1000 undergoes thorough microbiological testing. It consistently shows low yeast and mold counts, with less than 10 UFC/g, and total plate counts (TPC) are maintained at below 10 UFC/g.
