RED-800 is a high-quality red grape extract made from healthy, selected grapes. This 100% natural product presents as a viscous red liquid with no added flavorings, colorings, or preservatives. The water is carefully removed using advanced evaporator technology to maintain the natural essence and richness of fresh, unfermented grape juice.

Technical Composition and Quality

RED-800 offers a Brix level of 64-66 at 20°C and a total acidity between 1.0-2.1% tartaric acid by weight. Its pH ranges from 2.8 to 3.8, and the color intensity is measured between 800-900 at 520 nm, ensuring vibrant color and optimal quality. Turbidity is kept below 100 NTU at 16º Brix, and the product contains less than 50 mg/kg of total sulfur dioxide, aligning with industry standards for safety and quality.

Microbial Safety and Purity

RED-800 undergoes stringent microbiological testing to ensure purity. Yeast, mold, and total plate counts (TPC) remain under 10 UFC/g, with no detectable coliforms or thermo acidophilic bacteria (TAB).
