Quality and Composition
RGJC R-600 has a Brix level of 64-66 at 20°C and a total acidity of 1.0-2.1% tartaric acid. With a pH range of 2.8 to 3.8 and a color intensity between 500-600 at 520 nm, the product maintains consistent quality. Its turbidity is kept below 50 NTU at 16º Brix, and the total sulfur dioxide content remains under 10 mg/kg, ensuring a high standard of purity and safety.
Microbial Safety and Purity
Microbiological testing of RGJC R-600 guarantees a safe and stable product. Yeast, mold, and total plate counts (TPC) are all maintained at less than 10 UFC/g, while the product is free from coliform bacteria and thermo acidophilic bacteria (TAB).
