TINTORERA R-4000 is a highly concentrated, 100% natural red grape juice extract made from carefully selected, healthy grapes. This viscous red liquid is free of any additives, flavorings, or colorings, preserving the authentic essence of unfermented fresh grape juice. The water is removed using the latest evaporator technology, creating a high-quality product ideal for use in a range of food and beverage applications.

Composition and Technical Specifications

TINTORERA R-4000 boasts a Brix level of 64-66 at 20°C, with total acidity ranging from 1.8-3.3% tartaric acid. Its pH level is maintained between 2.8 and 3.5, and its intense color measures between 4000-4200 at 520 nm, offering a deep, vibrant hue. The product's turbidity is kept under 300 NTU at 16º Brix, and total sulfur dioxide levels are below 10 mg/kg, ensuring a pure, high-quality product.

Microbial Safety and Quality Control

TINTORERA R-4000 undergoes rigorous microbiological testing to ensure it meets the highest safety standards. Yeast, mold, and total plate counts (TPC) are maintained at less than 10 UFC/g, with no presence of coliforms or thermo acidophilic bacteria (TAB).
