Material Specifications
Constructed from sheet aluminium with a thickness of 0.24 mm and hardness rating of H18, our cap shell and ring are built to withstand rigorous use while maintaining their integrity.

Coatings and Printing
The inside lacquer is made from modified vinyl resin or polyester-phenolic, providing an effective barrier. A white polyester coating enhances appearance and durability.

Additionally, the RipCap overprint varnish prevents abrasion, protecting the printed design.

Inks and Varnish
We utilize high-quality alkyd inks for rich color and durability, complemented by an epoxy resin ester overprint varnish to ensure long-lasting protection.

Liner Options
The standard liner is PVC, suitable for cold and hot filling as well as pasteurization. For specialized needs, we offer a high-temperature PVC liner on request, ideal for cold and hot filling, pasteurization, and sterilization processes.
